Here, I’m sharing the news of the “Spirit of the Season” concert on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, starting at 7 o’clock, till 9 p.m. Doors will be at 6:30.
The location is the Esquimalt United Church, (EUC), over 100 years at the corner of Lyall Street and Admirals Road. If you’re using GPS, the exact address is 500 Admirals Road.
I’m looking forward to singing for you there, as the fabulous domed ceiling offers phenomenal acoustics. The pews were removed several years ago, and the large open space of the sanctuary is made cozier with comfortable individual chairs that are arranged for the needs of individual events. If you’re coming with small children, rest assured that there is a soothing family room next to the sanctuary, should you need a quiet space. I think you’re going to love the vibe of the whole place.
Joining me in the music-making are Brooke Maxwell on piano, Scott White on bass, and Damian Graham on drums. Each of them is an incredible musician, while together…..it’s going to be fancy cookin’!
Stairs to the sanctuary are on Admirals, right at the bus stop (coming by bus? It’s the #25). Those needing an elevator should park on Lyall Street and find the access door via the marked path that is between the church and the Rainbow kitchen extension.
